It is near impossible. And they blow you off. Go elsewhere.
Not at all easy. I've tried many times and always get hung up on before anyone picks it up from hold. I did get someone on the phone at the Hillsboro office but not a customer service agent.
It is really easy to get a hold of a customer service.
I've been in there waiting to donate and they'll get up after taking someone's vitals to go stand in line and give. I've called them and they answer just as quick as I was standing there and seen that young lady get up and go answer the phone. So I guess if they not busy
This is the worst donation company that I have dealt with I. Years. I referred my wife and because their system would not allow her in for months. And regardless of the center telling me all would be great. They just told me that since it wouldn't let her in she is not a new Donor. With just one donation. And we get no bonuses. DONT DO IT. RUN!

I would 100 percent agree with the answer posted here by jd j. Yesterday was my very first time visiting CSL Plasma. I went to the one on Ella Boulevard in Houston, Texas. My first visit ended up taking over 7 hours to complete. While I was still in the reception area - after being there over 4 hours - I Googled "Complaints CSL Plasma" and found a chat. However, the chat was pretty useless. I chatted that I had been there for over 4 hours, and that the receptionist was "on her lunch break" at 11am, while I was still waiting. The chat said it would be noted, and "Is there anything else I can help you with?" This company is really a mess... At any rate, you should be able to Google their chat. Good luck!
