Dear, could you please contact sales@dresslink.com, provide the order number, item number and photos? We will give you a compensation. Please do not worry.

We are truly sorry that your experience with Dresslink did not meet your expectations. But the star you have given me really hurt me, dear, could you kindly change the rating for me, if everything is acceptable?

If you wish, you may contact me and provide me with more information about the issue. I promise that I will strive to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
Customer Service Department

I made an order for a 1920 dress, made a payment that was taken out right away. But I have not received any confirmation of this sale. I have sent two emails with no reply. I made my pain through PayPal so I know I have a buyers protection plan.
I have decided that this site may not be legiment. I haven't ever dealt with a company so irresponsible and negligent. I understand why they have received do many negative reviews.

I order three pieces. Only two arrived. When i contacted dresslink to inform them, they asked me to prove it, which i don't know how they would expect me to do. They keep responding asking me to remove my negative review, but they have refused to replace the missing piece or reimburse me. I will never order from them again.

They are a scam for the following reasons:
1. Quality is horrible. Of course for the prices you shouldn't expect good quality, but garbage bags have better quality than this.
2. They will deduct the purchase amount twice. Only when you escalate the issue so highly (and almost a year later) will you get PART of your money back.
3. Right after purchasing, my account had suspicious activity on it. It was being used in the US and Australia, which is very odd because I live in Dubai. Also, This was the first time I have EVER bought anything online, so I know for a fact it was them.
4.the sizes are all wrong. Some say L and are S, some say S and are L, some M are XS etc etc. You never know what size you will get.
5. If, however, you use the site to get handbags, these are good. You get the live market quality, so it is not so bad, and you don't pay so much for it.
6. Stick to better known stores, or just go to te actual stores. Online shopping for clothes is ALWAYS a bad idea.

I think the best thing to do is order from vendors on the site who already have positive reviews on the site it shows you if the vendor you are buying from have good or bad reviews. Stick to the good vendors with 96% and up positive reviews. As for shipping i do experience long wait. You get what you pay for it isnt that bad. Just save the vendors store names which youve had good communication with and contiune to only buy from those paticular people. The site isnt bad at all some of the people and sometimes the companies they chose to ship items with can SOMETIMES be the problem. I know from EXPERIENCE.

That I'm a scam? I'm just a consumer who posted a review... No one knows ME. To say that I am a scam. I'm a human. I'm a shopper. I'm not in charge of dress link in any way shape or form... This is a review site... So I'm guessing some people have had bad experience with the company... I however, have never had a bad experience with the company and I have ordered numerous items from them in numerous occasions. My items have always come within 10 days.
