I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman.

IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own.
The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that.
Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

It remains to be seen if you are lucky. Dont get to happy. Just be thankful. NoMoreRack or Choxi or whatever cannot be trusted. Keep buying from them and they will get you. I am surprised they have not been shut down already. They must be greasing somebody's palms.

I think you got lucky. The things I ordered were garbage. I will never order from them again. Their customer service never gets back to you. Hope this helps.

As far as I am concerned, you got lucky. I had no problem when it was NMR, but once Choxi took over! UGGH. No confirmation, no delivery, just a charge on my acct. 468.00 for a lot of bed sheets, I finally got a credit. The company doesn't operate like post. I will never order again from them and hope it gets shut down!

Agree with Bob unless its something brand name most likely its crap I've ordered watches from them and bands have broke in less then a week. Alexoress sells better quality items then them. Just be careful what you buy this may have just been luck.

You got lucky. I have ordered one item at a time and no problem but always if I ordered two of the same thing one was fine the other one had a problem. Then try and return it. They make it so hard. They have my money I have a broken product they have a bad review..

I have never had any issues at all with NoMoreRack as I posted a long review about the website on here about a year ago. I used to purchased a lot of things from the website and had never had any issues with anything. However, since they have changed hands to Choxi, I have had a bad feeling about the website, and have not bought from the website since it's changed over. Now I am happy that I went with that "weird and negative" feeling that I had/have about the new website. I would not deal with them. I don't chance anything that has a ton of bad reviews. That is just me though. I would my bum off for my money. I think it is sickening when people steal from others which many of these websites do. I suggest reading the reviews and doing my homework before purchasing anything from those places. Just think, they have your account info too if you pay with a credit/debit card. SCARY!

For several years now, I have been lucky. All the products I have bought have been fabulous, except for one. And that one was returned and I was refunded without any problem. And, I just got a $669 watch for $36! I checked the manufacturers Web site and I received exactly what they advertised. Moreover, I often receive a $10 off coupon from them.

They get it right once in a while. Just be careful. Order stuff that isn't electric, or brand name. They take a picture of a Cadillac, and send you a rusty red wagon. Then they lie, and scam and basically stela your money. You have to get a consumer advocate involved to get them to even budge. They change the name of the company regularly so the bad reviews don't follow...
