I often visit this website to look for some deals on the products. They frequently give out juicy deals in the flash deals section. And by the way I don't know if it's true that the majority of their deliveries happen in less than 72 hours, but my experience was exactly like that.
I bought an product there that was so different from the basic description itself. I tried to open a ticket to return and get a refund and the site basically refused, saying it needs to be marked received and 10 days have to pass before I can initiate a complaint. I ALREADY MARKED IT RECEIVED! I reported the transaction to my cc company so they're investigating. I sent them the pictures and the product description as proof. The idiot seller was non-communicative. I'll never utilize these kind of sites ever again.

It's been over a month and my items are still missing according to them and no refund. They sent me a tracking number that never left Jamaica NY it kept arriving and departing the same location same zip everything. Dh gate customer service is trash absolutely no help at all. Not only did I have to dispute this card with my credit card, but also had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau highly recommend not shopping care.
I got prompt replies from DHgate and the seller as follows: they offered to refund USD0.01 to me, and asked me to get another style of item that I don't want as replacement. Dear readers and shoppers, what do you think about it? I feel extremely frustrated and humiliated! They were so GENEROUS trying to please me, but I won't give up to ask for my full refund and tell the whole story. Will update more upon receipt of their new replies.

I ordered an item for an event it said it come before February 5th, well its been stuck in Saskatchewan for two months, I no longer need it. But I can't request a refund until it's here. I think my package is lost but there's no way of contacting them except by international call, no email, no customer support email or anything. I can't even report it either. In this case, since the order is already beyond the guaranteed delivery date, you have the option to open a dispute and request for a refund.
Here's how to open a dispute on PC:

2) My DHgate “Click on My Orders”.
3) My Orders “Click on Awaiting confirm”. You can also use the search box by putting in the order number.
4) Awaiting Confirm “Click on Open a Dispute”.
5) Dispute Page (This is where you can choose your proposal to the seller) Click on Continue.

Do not use this site. I paid £80 for a coat that turned up with a broken zip, fabric not stitched properly and the ditching was frayed. I disputed this with the seller ( who had a returns policy) and was told to finish the stitching myself and that they can't refund as they don't make a lot of money. I disputed this with DH Gate and they refunded £20 and told me it was pointless returning the coat as it will probably get lost in transit so they would only refund £20. The customer service is horrendous and because your not buying from legit companies they can rip you off like this and there's not much you can do about it.
I've also ordered things from there that have a guaranteed delivery date, this was missed by a month but the seller just ignored me when I asked them to cancel the order as I had ordered things for my holiday, over a month before I went and I didn't receive them until after I got back. Again DH gate have been no use in helping, they just want your money and sell you absolute garbage items that you can't return or get refunded on

They don’t stick to their returns policy that they state on their website so be very careful when buying things because when they turn up in horrendous condition you can’t get your money back

I received a damaged bag, when opened a dispute the seller proposed me to send it back and I would get a a full refund including the the cost of re-shipping. He gave me a fake address and the bag was resent to me, I got a refund on the bag but not return shipping. The seller stopped answering my messages and couldn't get help through Dhgate customer service. I was nor even able to leave a review to warn future customers. Very disappointing

Please don't order from these people. I order my package over 3 weeks ago and still haven't got an update on my package. It says it's still awaiting shipping from usps. Fake tracking number and all. I deleted the app out my phone. Worse people ever! I wish I could star them a zero!

A lot of nice stuff at reasonable prices. My reaction is favorable except for clothes with a S M L XL XXL scale which appear to use an kids scale (or asian scale) and are three sizes too small. A few items have not been received in over a month so you do take chances. Shoes are the exception to the sizing issue as they have specific sizes. Most products come in original boxes with tags. I've bought a number of items and only one was bad. Love what I bought except for clothes.

I am not happy with dhgate I've been using them for a long time and made many purchases, But now I have a package that was supposed to arrive on March 26th, the tracking has not updated since March 7th when it said leaving over seas, the seller refused to refund me, I opened a dispute for a refund as it is stated on dhgate
"If buyer did not get the item on seller's promised delivery time, then DHgate Resolution Center will commence arbitration to issue a refund or return item according to the actual conditions."
My promised date was March 26th, its not here!
My dispute and all messages are being ignored now and nothing is being done and the seller has turned off email notifications so is not even getting my messages.

My order # *******709 was placed on October 8,2023. A shipping confirmation email was received stating the shipping date/time was 2023-10-08 23:17:00.
A tracking number was sent in the email for USPS tracking. When the number is tracked, is says:

It says this sense October, nothing changed. My enquiries are ignored / not answered. The tracking number goes nowhere and show the same nonsense every time. There is no contact or reply from the seller. It is now January 2024.
Money is gone, goods not received, seller not responding, tracking not working. Stay away from this.

I have purchased many items from the Gate and over all I am happy, go into knowing that it's 'dupes' mostly. In any case most of our items come from the same factory probably. You can find some bargains and you can find some seller of course who are less honest. Got 40 orders and 1 that pretended to deliver at 08:31 to France when my postman, personal friend delivers after 10:30. Never before their biscuits and coffee. I might have believed if I did not know the team in the local area. Such is life one seller cannot justify a bad review. Thankfully I am out 100USD, I am disputing just in case and await but doubt I will see any money.
Incidentally if he /she just asked me me for the money I nicely I would have given them for charity. Annoying thing was it was my daughter's friends gift.
EDIT: somehow system jumped to me accepting 0.01 USD refund, immediately contacted customer services to ask them to raise a ticket. Will keep you all posted. EDIT2: having chatted with a person the second line support said it was too late and the dispute was over. EDIT 3 undeterred and finding it all quite amusing, I followed up with the post office both written and in person. I live In a small town so we all know each other, some of the post staff play in the local football team. After an investigation seemed the parcel tracking number was attached to another package which was genuinely delivered elsewhere in the town at the same time. I must say I am impressed at the lengths some will go for 100 euros. Call them out, stay clear of NIKE_BRAND_SPORTS or something similar. Well store hopefully has a happy ending as I bought the shoes again, from another store on the Gate, I trust this time they arrive. Benefit of hindsight I should have used this trusted store for the order in the past as they had delivered, thing is I had trouble with the search function, now I get the way it works I am able to see all the products of my TRUSTED retailers.
EDIT 4: please ignore the DHgate response below, as I contacted the customer services with my new evidence and was also told to wait 48hrs. Crickets, basically the scam store is open and I heard nothing, but like I say I hope still to get the shoes and if I can help save others from potential shady sellers, all good.

I ordered a bag from Yanliao, order no is *******595. I did not receive it after the estimated date. After numerous reminders to seller, i was given an update that goods was delivered. The update is from a tracking platform and i investigated it further. Apparently anyone can update the details and it can be faked. Forwarding company details was never shared and the seller failed to share any evidence of sign off. Australia Post also confirmed there is no such tracking number and parcel.

Worst experience ever. The shoes I ordered did not fit properly and I'm convinced they were counterfeit. When I tried to return for a refund, there was no way to effectively communicate this. The dispute/mediation processes were difficult to maneuver with drop down menus as the only options. Responses were AI generated. My bank closed my issue as well because the way they have there website/messages set up, they look legitimate. They don't stand by their refund/return policy at all. I have shoes I can't wear and I'm out money.

I received a counterfeit Golf club - cracked after one month of use. Visually nobody could tell it was conterfeit but TaylorMade confired it was not authentic. DH Gate was useless in contacting the seller who did not respond to messages. Some prior purchases turned OK => they get 3 stars instead of one

Awful customer service. Shop local so you can exchange or return. There's zero help. I ordered the size my child wore and her toes touched the top.
