She allows her Former Stepson Curtis James Howard along with Randy Phillip Hoff, Edward Cooke and Steven Walker to Bully, Harass and assault a young disabled Customer. For a company that is involved with helping abused children they should be ashamed. They have no business being involved with any children. They all belong in a maximum security prison.

We stumbled upon the house sitting service website, did our due diligence and found what we believed was a lovely couple to house/pet sit during our month-long trip. While they took great care of our felines, unfortunately the sitters left our home in a disastrous state with many items ruined, stained and non-repairable. But even worse than that is that the site permits their registered SITTERS dictate what reviews are and are not posted on their profile, which is why every review on the site is positive, which in turn gives homeowners a false sense of security when hiring a sitter via the site. I have had multiple email conversations with the company regarding our experience and my strong desire to post a fair and honest review to no avail. Suffice to say, the review system is seriously flawed and completely untrustworthy.

It was easy to register. Site offers very easy registration process for service providers such as babysitters, teachers, handymen, etc. And it is free.

This is a UK based company offering to connect families and au-pairs/nannies. On closer inspection, the the company itself does not appear to exist. Text at the bottom of the website page reads: "Copyright 2014. Elite Household Services Limited. All rights reserved." However, the company is NOT LISTED at Companies House. The company website domain itself is registered to another company called "Domains by Proxy" who are registered in the United States and appear to be of some disrepute as they specialise in hiding the real contact details of the domains of other companies.

This is the worst place that I have ever been. The things they do to these kids are awful. There are cameras, but they dont work. The boss is lazy, mean, and does not care about anything. She lets her employees do whatever, they dont send the kids home when they are sick, i personally can say take your kid ANYWHERE BESIDES THIS PLACE!

Erin and Michelle were available whenever I needed them for questions and they'd even answer my questions in the evenings and on weekends. Truly exceptional customer service and we are more than happy with our terrific Au Pair from New Zealand.
