A few years ago I purchased a lock and box for an outdoor gate. The products are great and still in use but due to weather, I decided to replace the lock with one that is marine-grade. I used the chat service for advice and was helped quickly and guided to an appropriate product for my needs.

After recently needing to source parts out of the US for shipment to Canada on major construction projects. Not only does GOKEYLESS have almost every product we need, but it has a great sales and service department. A Gentleman named STEPHEN HAYNES more than helped me get my product shipped on time with ease. He was happy to help and supply accurate product information in a friendly yet quick process. Most suppliers i reached out to did not have this level of competence or support.

I was a bit apprehensive purchasing keyless locks that needed programming. Chad at GoKeyless helped us so much, with the initial section, ordering and tips on installation, that made things simple and straightforward. We initially purchased two locks, then purchased two Gateways for the locks for remote management. Communication was prompt and professional throughout, and any questions I had were answered fully. I got to the GoKeyless site not really knowing what I was looking for. The chat box (which I usually ignore) immediately popped up and the assistance from Donald was above and beyond. Would have done zero stars if that were an option. Bought 4 locks and cannot get support. They have a chat that's only purpose is to sell you things but not actually help you with existing orders. Don't waste your money with this company.

I've had 3 experiences with gokeyless all of them negative. I ordered a $300+ lock which I never received. I was instructed by a member of their sales staff to purchase another expensive lock after giving them all stats for the application. The lock they sold to me was not designed for use with residential driveway gates but gokeyless refused to provide a return shipping label. Most recently I purchased 3 locks which my contractor (who's been building houses for 20 years) can't figure out how to install. We called gokeyless who told us yeah the instructions are wrong and we know that but you have to call the manufacturer to get help. Problem is the manufacturer never answer the phone or returns messages left. Three strikes and you're out gokeyless.

When I found out my ordered GoKeyless locks were not going to work for my outdoor gates before they arrived, I was able to speak directly to Zach at returns who informed me to just have the delivery driver ship them back. That was very helpful and saved me time and shipping cost as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from these guys again. They were professional, available and friendly. I know they stand behind the product and customer satisfaction is a priority.

When a company earns my accolades, I make sure to go online to give it a great review, but also tell everyone I know about them. That is how it will be with GoKeyless. First Jeremy, then Adam. Each spent over an hour going over all the pros and cons of various lock scenarios for my daughter's new home. They know the products well and understood with great patience that I didn't. Both were willing to educate and explain. That's worth a premium price, BUT... you won't pay that with GoKeyless. All the help... plus a discount! You guys are terrific... and I am grateful! Tom was extremely helpful to me today with questions I had about my trilogy lock. He was quick to identify possible causes of the problem and gave me tips on how to fix them. I am going to try out the possible solutions today. He was very willing to have me call him back again tomorrow if I am not able to make these solutions work. It's so nice to place a call to tech support and know that I can find someone immediately who has the expertise (without having to escalation up through multiple technicians) and who listens and understands my issue. I give Tom an A++ for customer service and technical expertise.

I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere.
