I ordered a travel set, tea and a Lion mug for Christmas gifts in mid November and received the items within 10 business days (China to Canada). The quality was outstanding and I collect fine Chinese porcelain. After my daughter opened her gift, two of the three cups were broken. A week ago, I notified Umi and sent pics. Today the new cups came. Fast, polite service. I can't wait to buy from them again

They have a number of tasty fruit teas. Try something new like cherry or pineapple. There's some fun options. They ship things out in very classy packaging too. Only tea I didn't like is their green tea... I guess I'll stick with the fruity ones.

I have shopped at this store for many years, online and in-store. The employees are always very helpful and polite. I get both decaf and regular coffees and teas. All have been super. We also use a lot of the CoffeeIcon brand and have enjoyed the many different options and the reduced price. We shop for ourselves, our grown children who live far away as well as for our office. One of the best tea subscription options I have ever used! They have a wide variety of teas to choose from and they always ship on time so I never run out of my tea! I normally get their pure tea because that's my preference but my friend suggested that I should try out the blended as well so that's gonna be my next order!

I ordered tea few times from the website. The tea is really good and tasty. I bought 4 different flavors. I like all of them. But when I tried to make order next time there was many tries to pay and the website declined my card all the time. I spent more then hour to pay for my order.
