I also faced similar issue. First i paid through pay u app and waited for few days. After aggressive followup they came back telling stock is not there on the chosen product and asked me to choose a different model with a additional price. After much argument they have agreed for COD. But after that received a fake product. Now almost 4 days over after a complained. No sign of rectifying the mistake.
I seriously regret not looking for reviews before ordering with these buggers. Confirmed a different product and sent a cheap waste product which doesn't even work.
Such websites and companies need to be banned. I don't know how but action is to be taken.

Worst Company with No Ethics
Have been dealing with this company for the past 2 months. Have ordered 2 products from them but have received completely different products on both occasions. After raising the issue with several representatives was told on numerous times to BE PATIENT and they will send the correct product by charging more and that its the warehouse problem not theirs. All this comes down to wastage of time, money and patience.
After dealing with them for so long, the review is: THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY YOU CAN THINK OF DEALING WITH. No Etiquette, don't know how to talk to customer, piss poor after sales. More importantly when it is there fault they are not willing to accept it. When you do try to contact them, they ignore your calls and messages.

If you opt for cash on delivers they will say that the delivery boys doesn't know anything and you should not open and check products in front of them. They will also say that if there are any issues with the products they will replace within a day. Ultimately you find other items in the parcel and when you will complain they will assure to replace them but you will never get any replacements. These Guys should be handed over to police immediately and their Website should be banned.
