IS MEDIATRENZ SCAMMING?

This company, Mediatrenz will exploit you if you do not have a lot of knowledge about websites etc. We paid Syed Furqunal of Mediatrenz over $14,000 usd, to develop an Ecommerce website and 2 mobile applications (2 x APPLE and 2 x Google apps). Two years later we still have not received our Ecommerce website, only some link that is on their server.
As for the 2 mobile applications, Mediatrenz kept uploading apps that kept crashing getting rejected by both Apple and Google. To the point where Apple and Google sent us a letter that we would be banned if we continued to upload apps that did not meet their requirements.

We unfortunately trusted this company, by paying in advance, and they would always provide something that didn't work or kept crashing, then told us that to fix this it would be an extra scope of work.
So a $3300usd job with a lead time of 55 days went over $14 000 usd and 2 years later, we still haven't received our work, just bits and pieces.

Syed is a smooth talker, but really doesn't listen. He continuously talks over you. Then, because he doesn't listen, he keeps making more repetitive mistakes. Mistakes that they keep charging you for.
Syed Furqunal will also keep asking you for references. Ask you to write and approved by him only, such as in our case he wanted us to write what an honest, knowledgeable and quick working company they are, before the work was even completed.
In the unfortunate event, that you may have a claim against Mediatrenz/Syed, he will use this reference against you, should you wish to claim money back for work not received.

They are very clever. But, you know the old saying, KARMA will get you in the end.
So, I ask you. If a company quotes you a price and a lead time of less than 2 months, then ends up soaking you for 3 times the quote and never gives you the finished product, is this a SCAM or is this HONESTY and QUICK working?

To date they have still not completed the work nor has Syed or Mediatrenz delivered all applicable source codes for this Platform.
They also did not provide us with a Completed Service document for us to Sign.
