Sometime back I opted for paid service of Nobroker.in to buy a property in Bangalore and did not renew it due to their unprofessional and pathetic service.
However, from my recent interaction with one of their executives by name Aditya, I understand that only if both the seller and potential buyer opt for paid service that contact details will be shared with both of them.
While I understand their not sharing details with buyers (who have not opted for paid service), I don't see any reason for their refusal to share the potential buyer details with the sellers who have opted for paid service.
It seems like only when Noborker.in gets money from both buyers and sellers that they will share contact details with both parties, which is unreasonable, unethical and defeats the very purpose of a seller opting for paid service.
I am sharing this post to caution the sellers to be aware of this condition and not to be surprised if they don't get enough response in spite of opting for paid service of Noborker.in ii

As per the prepayment agreement set by yourself it mentions the legal rental agreement only to be shown for verification? This has already been submitted n number of times,read your emails,so tell me which documents you are referring to? SPECIFY
For what work you have not done are you claiming to with hold the refund.and what account did you take the payment from?the flat owner's account,so what is the discrepancy?
