Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
Ordered Nike trainers. Tracking on there website said the parcel has been delivered and I should check with my local post office. Obviously my local post office had no idea what I was talking about. A complete scam of a company. Once they have your money your $#*!ed. You won't see your product you ordered or your money ever again. Stay wee clear

I came across this so-called factory outlet store on Instagram. They were advertising the most popular Stanley mugs. Prices were definitely too good to be true. But I fell for it anyway. Thankfully, it was not a large amount of money. ($35). I ordered them on December 8, they promised it would be delivered before Christmas. On January 8 their so-called tracking system said it was delivered January 8. So I went back to my original email and found a website to contact them. Needless to say, I have not heard anything back nor do I have a Stanley product. I wish all these scammers would put their time and effort into something good instead of stealing from honest, hard-working people.🤨
This website sent me a used phone instead of a new one that wasn't compatible with my phone system. Then delayed repeatedly until I was out of their return policy time and wouldn't help me as I was out of the return policy time.

When I called customer service, I was hung up on multiple times. When I got replies via email, I was delayed multiple times and asked to send pictures multiple times and them told to call them. They delayed long enough to push it out of the return policy. I just wanted the correct phone.

If I could give a negative star I would. I placed an order in September and I am still waiting for said order. Or a refund. My package was supposedly delivered to a town 3 hours away. I emailed the "company" more than once, and for about a month they were replying. Now they don't. I would definitely advise against purchasing from here as you'll probably never receive your item and won't see your money again either.

I ordered a Norelco Shaver open box and they sent it by USPS with tracking and no insurance, when USPS didn't deliver to the my home address; Customer service couldn't replace the product or refund my money. I was told to put a claim in with the bankcard company for my refund due to non-delivery.

I had made a purchase in Harrisburg, Il and was wished "happy New Year" by Carla. I responded in kind, She felt the need to continue although I was turned and leaving the store with her political opinion. Retail shopping is not the place for this conversation, period. I disagreed with her and continued to more towards the exit. Carla chose to continue to engage in dialogue that was offensive since I had already made it quite clear that I disagreed with her. Needless to say, I won't return.
Received phone damaged from being improperly packaged (both handsets thrown together in a bag with no packaging or protection between the)m. Sent photos of the damage. Was told that, being reconditioned, I have no recourse. Stay away from this fraudulent company!
Purchased six-pack of generic Bosch refrigerator water filters listed on their site as matching my Bosch refrigerator. The items arrived quickly but they do not fit my refrigerator. No refunds, will only offer replacement with higher priced OEM filter - but it is still wrong shape fitting! $120 loss. Do not buy from them.

I ordered two different Sonicare Brush Heads. Upon receipt I discovered that they had sent me an incorrect one. When I contacted them about an exchange, they requested a copy of the packing slip, photos of ALL packaging, and stated I was responsible for shipping, even though it was their mistake. To make matters worse, they wanted it returned in the original packaging (that might be a legitimate request if I was claiming damage). The original packaging was 11.75" X 10" X 6.5". The item I was returning was only 8" x 2.375" X 1". Imagine the difference in shipping costs between the two packages. On top of that they were going to charge me a 15% restocking fee for their mistake. They have a warped view of customer service and apparently don't care about repeat customers.
Do not buy from this company! I ordered lawn chairs which it indicated was from Lowe's. After several emails I received an order. I received a cheap knee brace. No where can you find a phone number to call and complain. Sent another email but probably will not get response. I looked at site and it said USA provider but that was a lie!

They advertised a water filter for US Made refrigerator turned out to be Made in China. Like I'm gonna filter my water supply thru a filter made in a country that is supplying us with a virus epidemic. Then they charged me over 50% to return them. WOW! I had to pull the boot right outta my backside. I've made a label and put it on my monitor so I will NEVER buy from them again.
My suggestion is to shop elsewhere. Customer service is none existent and the contracted call center is not helpful in responding to questions. This shopping experience was a total waste of time and effort and I suggest purchasing products through AMAZON.

Looks like employees of Factoryoutletstore.com were required to post false positive reviews as they all pretty much look and sound the same. Only way for them to attempt to boost such a dismal reputation.
Avoid this website at all costs. They have a fake Google site with fake ratings. They sent me wrong water filters even though I gave model number. Now they won't refund, just store credit. But there's not way to get the right filter.
Shopping was great. Easy to navigate and find products. Don't bother calling for a "Special offer available by phone" they are just going to tell you the same price you were looking at on the web sight.

Extremely disappointing! I ordered 5 Panasonic phones for my office which were advertised as new and received 3 phones which are visibly used, with dirt marks all over them. I have spent hours waiting for customer service to pick up and never got to a live person.
Horrible return policy: they charge 15% for the return handling + deduct their shipping expenses + you ship the returns on your own. So now not only I received something that I didn't order, but I will lose tons of money returning it...

This is the best way to shop, because you know you are getting the right equipment you need for your Garmin GPS system. I have had a Garmin for about 12 years and I think it's much better than a map. You don't miss a turn. I would tell anyone to buy one and get their parts on line. It's better than going to 3 or 4 stores trying to fine it.
Ordered a screen protector today for the GPS I recently purchased from this site. GPS purchased was as described, good price and was received in a very reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend this site as a place to do business with. I will certainly be back when they have something I want.
