We were given a quote for a Business fare round trip to Europe on one day and called to book the flight the next day, the rep said the fare had gone up by $120 pp, after asking to double check, then he said his manager to increase the price by $89 pp, upon booking, the final price was more than $120 pp increase, asked why and he kept saying he tried but it is the final price. We were so tired at that point and just paid the price. It was disappointing.

Very satisfied thus far. I have never dealt with anyone besides major travel companies before, and this time, they were less than helpful. Friend suggested contacting SkyLux and I was more than surprised and pleased by the knowledge, patience and helpfulness of the agent, Zane.
If this trip turns out as smoothly as I hoped ( mind I had never had any experience but with a major company), I am sold for life.

I was recently introduced to Kenan through a mutual friend, and he has made my travel year! He listens, offers knowledgeable suggestions, gets the job accomplished and has great patience with older individuals, such as myself. My wife and I have used Henry at Skylux for all our personal travel over the past several years. Each time we make plans, Henry brings them to life with highly responsive service and quality options. Jake Brown has been helping us for many years with our international flights. Jake was able to come up with great business class fares for our trip next month to Spain. All the flights had good connections and he took great care to make sure we got the best seats. We always appreciate his timely responses when we contact him.

I was requested to complete a survey that offered a $50 travel voucher but the voucher never arrived. I followed up 6 months later and after a week the voucher was sent on February 4th. I was able to use it on this trip.

Normally I book my flights using Momondo, Kayak, Expedia or another web search engine. But every time I found a good deal, Noah(Skylux) always found a cheaper one.
Also, we're very picky, like max one flight change and max 4 hours wait and no departure before noon.
He managed to help us with all our crazy demands. Always super fast to reply and polite.
I'll recommend Skylux to all my friends.

Maverick was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my desires and concerns and explained differences in order to allow me to make choices. He saved me time and money by finding the right route to take me from home to my final destination without my having to book additional transportation. I had my doubts about SKYLUX but so far, I'm impressed with the time and attention I received. I'll have to wait and see if the actual journey is as lovely as he predicts. Fingers crossed.

Never fall in the trap. We booked biz class travel 4 months prior to our travel and we got emails from Skylux with seats. Week of travel full of surprises. Seats ere not attached to tickets and shocker. We have to pay if we want to get seats

When we reached airport they told us we have no lounge access. Disappoint after disappointment. Skylux idiots will not answer or help u if there is a problem with ur reservation. They always refer to agent issue and two agents that helped us left. They have no record of emails shared by agent to us at the time of booking. Support ducks. There is no management to reach to. Never ever buy anything from this site. U will be so upset and ruin ur vacation

My wife and I scheduled our 20 year anniversary trip to the Mediterranean. We were given a great price on a cruise, one that we couldn't pass up. However, when we tried to book flights all the flights were going to cost us more than our 2 week cruise was. SkyLux was able to find us a great deal and it is in business class as well. Our experience with our travel agent through SkyLux was outstanding.

Silvester was awesome and proactive! I gave him my travel criteria and dates and he gave me multiple options and is always professional when I have questions. Prices are better than what I could find online. The only downside is that I don't get to pick seats until tickets are purchased and there was a bit of hiccup getting bassinet seats with the airline but it's not terrible. Would recommend!

This was my first direct association with Skylux. Noah Brin has been excellent and forthright to help me plan a private vacation trip. After a schedule change initiated by the airline within 4 hours after confirming my itinerary, Skylux and Noah worked instantly to arrive at a much better solution than that which was suggested by the airline. Our Skylux agent Jasper did a fantastic job for us. After finding us flights on Jet Blue we paid for them. We later discovered the same itinerary using Delta (we had looked before and they were much more expensive) with a price $650 below the Jet Blue price. Jasper canceled the Jet Blue booking, arranged a refund to our credit card, booked with Delta and we paid. Jasper went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. Skylux is fortunat to have an agent/employee of his Caliber!

Super great deal on traveling to Europe with less than a month. Still ended up paying ~$3800 for tickets over the ocean vs at least 6500 but more like 10K with a huge lay flat bed seat. Great job.

Once again Nikita was able to quickly and professionally deal with my request for two business class tickets from New York, USA to Melbourne, Australia in December. He was able to organize the dates and get me a price that was within my budget. Since I consider myself fairly realistic about travel times and prices, I knew that your Christmas period trip would be rather expensive. It is Europe during Christmas time, enough said. I checked against American express travel team, their prices were significantly higher. Let's see how the whole trip will go through, as based on that outcome I will decide if I will use them in the future or not.
