Ordered an item over 4 months ago and cannot get a response from the store owner. Storenvy provides no recourse whatsoever for getting your money back or resolving the issue. They only tell you to contact the store owner. No accountability at all when it's on their platform and they make it virtually impossible to contact them (Storenvy) directly.

Ordered an item over 4 months ago and cannot get a response from the store owner. Storenvy provides no recourse whatsoever for getting your money back or resolving the issue. They only tell you to contact the store owner. No accountability at all when it's on their platform and they make it virtually impossible to contact them (Storenvy) directly.

Purchased months ago via this site and never received updates on my purchase.
Just to finally fall impatient and request a refund.
Apparently Storenvy is unable to issue refunds.
Come to find out the store I purchased from was shut down due to unresponsiveness.
At what point was the site going to send notice to consumers!?!

Only thing I've received is a initial receipt. It's been 7 weeks. Other than that I find it impossible to track and get no response from email to them. Never again. Should of looked up reviews first. My bad.

Because once it's gone, it ain't coming back. Of the 4 sellers we purchased from, one delivered a quality product. The others were too small or really badly made. The most expensive expected return postage to China before even looking at a refund. Not a Mistake I'll make twice.

Its been over two years never received anything money or products. I recommend doing research before ordering things online it amazes me how theses people can continue to do this kinds of business and not go to jail.

While I understand that Storenvy is just a platform for sellers of all kinds, Storenvy does a horrendous job of filtering scams and inactive sellers.

Storenvy should shut down inactive accounts. If sellers haven't logged in for several months straight and still have active listings, Storenvy should spend more effort in shutting them down. Reviews don't help at all. I bought from an inactive seller and never heard back. Never got my stuff either. Though it's not a lot of money, (wasted around $15) I won't buy from storenvy ever again. Their customer service, while responsive, isn't helpful at all. Extremely dismissive attitude with incredibly broken English.

Used to be a seller for about a year, experienced a lot of horrible changes that storenvy made recently, from being forced to use Stripe even though it only support a handful of countries, to unnecessary warning email about how I violated their rule just by asking my buyer to pay with paypal because I can't process order that got through stripe. Have left the site for good to make store in other Ecommerce. Definitely not going to recommend it to anyone.

To whom it may concern

Below is an illustration of the shoe you sent me verses what is in your website. I have attempted to get a label to return your shoes and to no avail I was not successful. This is my forth attempt to get this matter corrected. I am so disappointed in how you are handling your customers through no mistake of my own. The shoes more blue than grey.

Title says it all. It's similar to ebay. The quality of service you get dramatically depends on the seller you buy from. Make sure to purchase through paypal so your purchase is protected (in case you never receive your order). I've now ordered from storenvy 3 separate times and I had two good experiences and one just okay (seller took 3 weeks to send it out). Be careful, read the ratings, and hope for the best, but definitely protect your money and use paypal when purchasing.

My daughter placed an order and received notification that her item had been shipped along with a tracking number. Problem was when the package was tracked it never changed from waiting to be shipped. Several contacts to seller with no response. We have a PAYPAL dispute filed for a refund of her money.

I paid $ 125.00 for an HD camera that never arrived and I email merchant and store envy multiple times to getting shipping information and never once even received a response. I have an open case with pay pal and hopefully they can get me my money back from these crooks!

4 weeks later item didn't ship, 2 emails to the store, 1 email to storenvy, still not item and no follow up. Storenvy is probably a good place for scammers to set up fake sites that pull in small amounts of cash that would generally go unnoticed.

I had written a negative review after purchase of product on here... but want to change my opinion. Best way to reach someone seemed to be facebook message. They finally got in touch with the store owner and turned out that person had passed away recently and family was scrambling to access the emails. I appreciate that they did follow through and give me a contact for the product.

Please do not waste your money and time in this store, there is no response from team no reply to emails neither calls. I ordered something in February and today is 15 April, I didn't recieve my package yet. This is a fraud company. I paid extra for shipping which said 8-10 days and it's almost 50 days till now.

I was told by the rip off artist that i will be getting my refund in form of a check. If i don't see it by the end of the week i am reporting everyone to the Better Business Bureau. Remember this has been going on since November 5 so buyer beware.

There is no way to actually check to see if a seller is legit or not, no reviews to really make sure everything has been going smoothly and no follow up or notification even telling you something was shipped.
You give someone money and then take it on good faith they will actually send it out.

The site does not put any effort into actually making sure any transactions are honored and will not help you if an issue arises.

So often you can expect to place an order, you will never receive it and won't know anything about what's going on, if you contact the seller they will tell you to just be patient they "Totally sent it" but you'll wait 6 months and nothing and then it's too late to do anything about it.

Just don't take the risk, use more vetted and secure things like Etsy.

Use Etsy or a more verified source that is safer to use.

Avoid Squishy Noodle. She says she has a disclaimer on her site about wait time. Okay-- 1-2 weeks-- okay. I placed an order for my daughter's birthday; I placed the order TWO months in advance. Needless to say, my child never received the birthday gift she SO wanted. She did refund the money, but she also sent emails saying the items shipped when clearly they never did. I have no clue what the deal is. My daughter loves the site and products, but I will not allow her to order from Squishy Noodle again.

I ordered a wall stencil for my nursery and never received the order. I have contacted the shop twice and no response. My account has been charge though so they got their money! It's a scam and I will say if Storeenvy has "no responsibility " to these matters because they are technically individual shops, then they should remove the individual shop from the site! This is unethical business relations and should not be allowed. I gave one star because I had to give something. Will not shop this site again.

So I order my wife a Valentines bracelet just before Christmas. It never came in. I emailed company 2 times with no response. I bought with PayPal because of the reviews, Now I am putting in real time to get a refund. If I worked those 3 hours I could of bought the item for full price on another site.

I ordered a shirt on December 7,2021. Been trying to track or just find out where it is. When I try to go into sight it tells me my choice was an error. I click on the link provided. I feel I have been scammed. Hopefully I can get my money back from PayPal. Jackie Williams

Purchased a pair of grey moccasins back in October of last year. Really liked the shoes that I ordered, but to my surprise when my order was delivered it was the wrong item. Sent emails to request a return and replacement for the correct pair no response. After several emails and pictures an answer came back from Ms. Alina saying they were looking into my complaint which was in November. Sent more request about sending me a refund in December. As of today January 10, no response, no no shoe replacement and no refund. I am a very dissatisfied customer and all I wanted was the correct shoes that was ordered. As a patient person I'm still waiting for my refund and a label to return this unwanted item. With all conviction I could never recommend this company to anyone.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service does not follow up with request

Nice to deal with, but Storenvy is only a middle man. The manufacturers are in Pakistan, so a little difficult to communicate with the actual manufacturers. But after a few emails, and 2 weeks both pairs arrived. The size & fit were fine. The quality is good and products used are also good. I would and have ordered more boots and shoes from them again. So don't be scared.

Item ordered December 1 but wasn't shipped until December 9. So did not arrive in time for Christmas. Arrived December 29.8 days to get one sweater shipped is not acceptable, especially at Christmas time. I left feedback on their site but they will not post it because it is negative. They never sent a tracking number as promised and their customer service in response to my inquiries was very poor. Although I did receive the item, will not do business with again.

Buyer Beware! I received my item, late. Quality was good. But, coincidently, my email used for this site was immediately compromised and another person hacked my email. Luckily, I checked my recent account activity, and blocked the user.

shirt, I deleted the receipt but luckily its the only site that sells this print
