“Customer Service bad attitude”

Refused to allow me to add a US forwarding address (Becuase it was there competitors), When questioned on this it was met with a rude response stating 'If the other companies are perfect why are you using us'... I'm Closing account and using others who are a lot more helpful and NOT rude when asked a simple question. The fact is if I pay the shipping and fees and taxes I should be able to have my parcels forwarded to any address I require. Attempt to have your parcels sent to another forwarding company (so you can easily consolidate parcels) and you will be met with rude responses. They can hide behind there hidden T&C; s in any response here, however there is no excuse for rudeness. Used once and never again

Have been using Vyking for about 25 deliveries so far. Many options to choose from and customer service is fantastic. Haven't had a single problem yet and will continue to use them. Five stars. End of story.

Great services, only pay what you are needed. Use my Suite Number to get $5 coupon on your first shipping, it's good to save money. Suite *******.

After reading about the issues with so many other mail forwarding services, I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised by Vyking Ship. So far, I've had Vyking Ship process six parcels and never had a problem with them.

The customer service is top-notch and very responsive, and they work very quickly as well. I've also since tried using their consolidation services and the package arrived well-packed and intact, and the box was a very reasonable size. They also calculate the price for the consolidated package and offer several different options for delivery (I mostly use USPS and FedEx).

I would definitely recommend this company and will continue using their services.

I received my Package to India in a perfect condition without any issues.
# adding Security tapes was outstanding feature
# Expedited Process Plus order was taken with extra care
# Customs forms handling was very much professional. Did not Simply Paste the form to package like others. Attached a pouch to package and inserted Custom forms in it.
# Reasonable Prices. Provided exact weight and dimensions.

Just received a fairly heavy package from the Vyking to me in the Cayman Islands. The very inexpensive consolidation of two boxes into one saved a bunch of money, and the excellent packing by Vyking is really amazing.

I'm accustomed to getting boxes from various places that look like they've been mauled. It's not uncommon for boxes to arrive with the corners split. The box from Vyking was perfectly packed and had plenty of clear tape around it and on the corners.

Easy site to use, real-time chat with specialists and Vyking personnel are very responsive with emails.

Very happy customer and will recommend Vyking to family and friends.

I live in Australia and had to use a shipping and warehousing service to take advantage of much cheaper inter-America shipping rates for small/media packages. I put together a large package of about 60 records and they were packaged together in an extremely sturdy format. It was 10 records together for each stack, bubble wrapped around 3 cardboard cutouts (1 in the middle). This was all surrounded by packing pellets. There were no issues with damage and the mostly free warehousing with photos is absolutely great.

They combined all of my 11 packages in a very short time and surprisingly shipped in the same day.
Very reasonable fees and friendly customer support. Will definitely continue to use their service.

They offer customer based solutions from package consolidation options to special instructions.

I worked with many other shipping services this is the far best for the moment.

First time with a shipping forwarder service, i feel like i have total control of my packages.

Tip for consumers:
If this will be your first with a shipping forwarder service this will be defiantly the one you will not be disappointed.

I buy a lot on ebay in the USA. This service is really great. One receives updates and photos of the parcels on the day they receive them. Prices are not too high and everything arrived fast and well packed

Excellent service! Customer Service Rep made a custom solution to save me postage. He even went to my package to see what gains in size and weight could be had. Started by removing some cardboard but ultimately repackaged in plastic bag to reduce weight and shipping cost.

It was a hassle free experience, and the items arrived in perfect condition. I found this company accidentally online and I am here to assure buyers that will receive their parcel safely and at the lowest shipping cost cost from vykingship through consolidating process when buying from multiple sellers.

We used Vyking for consolidating shipments, repackaging and re-shipping to a third destination.
All along the support and the communication was first class, and their rates extremely reasonable for the service provided.
We'll keep on using them whenever we need to receive parcels in USA

The team there is better than a personal concierge. In fact they are more like friends to me (perhaps even more reliable!).

Very happy I found them and have always received superb communication from all including Clinton, Samantha and now Michael too. Thank you Michael!

Following quick and simple registration, I was provided with a US address to ship my item to. Upon delivery of my item to Vyking, their customer service provided quick and clear replies to all of my questions. Of the multiple optional processing services, I have used the one where the item is repackaged into the smallest possible box for $2.50, which is only charged if the repackaging results in a decrease in postage. Arranging and paying for the forwarding was simple. I received my item less than a week after my placing my initial order. I highly recommend Vyking Ship!

I have used Vykingship on a number of occasions in the past and have been very happy with their customer service. My main gripe is that the shipping cost is very hard to predict because of the requirement to include dimensions. Once everything has been repackaged, you have no way of knowing what the final cost will be until it's ready to ship. I eventually went with myus.com, even paying an annual fee, for this precise reason. Their cost is transparent because it is solely based on weight, so when you purchase an item online, you just has to look at its weight to get a sense of what your final shipping cost will be. You typically have no idea what the dimensions will be of a product once a supplier packs it, so the dimension requirement is a kicker. I am, however, not at all happy with the customer response or service of myus.co, so if Vykingship would adopt a similar system of shipping cost based on weight, I would never go anywhere else.

Parcel arrived in less that 10 days to Greenland from US.

Vyking ship provided an outstanding services. First it seemed my order was stuck on USPS facility, but Vyking ship when down to USPS immediately to follow up on the shipment, and shortly after they return with the answer. Definitely a service i will recommend at use again.

I looked at the discussion you had with our chat agents and you had left abruptly before our agent could discuss other options with you.

Our policy of refusing to ship to other forwarders is not uncommon: many other forwarders share the same or have a similar policy. When our chat agent said "if the other companies are perfect..." this was not meant as a rude response. They were trying to figure out what the benefit of the other company was so they could trying to determine what could be done here to bridge any gap. We always want to provide the best service when possible, and I understand that your situation of having multiple items at different locations could be frustrating. Allowing people to ship anywhere opens our business up to people that may ship to multiple forwarders as means to obfuscate their paper trail. As we do not want to help facilitate fraudulent activity, we have to screen addresses being added by our customers.

All businesses that provide a service have Terms and Conditions. This is not something we hide behind and all users agree to (and are recommended to read) them on our registration page. Per said Terms and Conditions, we note that we will not approve any shipping addresses to other forwarding companies.

With the years of customer service experience I have, I felt that what the International Parcel Forwarding industry needed was a Customer First orientated firm. In this industry of clones and and the shipping experts that may (or may not) do customer service, I decided to create the first Customer Service firm that does shipping.

I can empathize with our customers and understand the excitement, stress, and frustration that can accompany international shipping. Even when we do everything right, sometimes delays or mistakes occur mid-transit. I think it is important, as our customers' only contact in the US, to treat their concerns with the same respect and dignity we would like our concerns to be treated even if events are out of our hands.

You will not hear: "That's not our problem" ever. Our customers' problems are OUR problems. We may not always have the power to fix those things that are out of our control, but we will do what we can within our power to remedy the situation.
