They are selling fake Uggs as real at retail prices. When confronted they said the best they could do was let me keep the boots for a 15% discount or send them back to China with tracking (over $30!) for a 70% refund. Obviously this was unacceptable so I filed a claim with my credit card company and was able to get a 100% refund (but I still had to ship the boots back to China at my expense.
Ordered some boots over a month ago, sent many emails, never answered back, never got boots and they tried to charge account twice never never use this site!
DO NOT TRUST! This is a fraudulent company and they sell FAKE merchandise. We ordered Ugg boots. Never on the website did they say they were in China. These boots are completely fake and are worth about 10 dollars.

The boots were faulty and the telephone number supplied to arrange a return didn't work! No response to emails and no way of getting new boots or money refunded! AVOID!
Bought some UGG boots, had to return them as split. They did send a replacement but have not refunded the £16 postage I had to pay to return even though they said they would.
Realized it was a scam when I got charged more than I was suppose to and then read the fine print in broken english how I could not return for any reason. Also, they were going to charge custom charges to my account. Glad I caught it and reported it to my credit card company.
This site is a scam, I received a text advertising UGG boots on sale. I was misled by the site because it looked like the UGG store site. Then I received both boots in one box from Shanghai china, that alone was a dead give away that there were fake. I tried contacting someone through e-mail, as there was no number found anywhere. Ordered Rosyln boots they arrived within two weeks but nothing like the picture on the web site. Boot shape was wrong and zips sewn on the outside of boot rather than the inside of the boot. So far no help with returning the boots or refund!

If it seems to good to be true it probably is. I should have done my homework before ordering from this site. The boots arrived 1 week after I placed my order and they are obviously fake. The stitching is bad, glue shows where the soles are attatched and the fit is poor. If you want UGG boots, pay the price for for the real ones and you won't be disappointed.
