Discovering this site was for me - perhaps belated - but definitely a piece of good luck. It is similar to AliExpress, as regards prices, but has the following advantages, which I can think of offhand: it offers free shipping (for the time being), carries an extremely wide selection of true-to-size, plus size clothing (not easy to find everywhere); shipping and delivery is incredibly fast; returns and refunds are no problem whatsoever. As prices at online stores seem to be rising by the hour, it is good to have an alternative for bargain buys.

I ordered small gift boxes for Christmas since 11/28... delivery would be between 04 and 12/14. They didn't deliver and offered me €5 for the delay. I'm not interested in buying anything from this site ever again. Since then I've been trying to return the purchase or cancel, but the site and the App don't work. This side is a disgrace and they do everything the worst marketing asks for. This has been a Xmas disaster as these were needed days ago for a bespoke gifts.

I had a situation recently that required customer support from TEMU. In addition to keeping me waiting for long periods of time, they offered no solution and no empathy or assistance of any kind. I was transferred to a supposedly escalate my concerns but the 2nd employee only gave me token cut/paste refusals and even tried to disconnect me. I had to request to "continue the chat." I have no recourse other than to lose my money because they will not honor their return policy.

I ordered four squirrel baffles for my bird feeders. They came after a considerable period of time in two boxes with no directions on how to assemble them. Just two packages with metal parts, screws, and zip ties! In addition, the product seemed to be very poor quality. It consists of four items of rolled up black plastic with a series of holes for fastening them. Based on my experience here, I will never buy anything from TEMU again.

Tip for consumers:
Very poor experience. I will probably throw the product out.

I'll be honest here, I'm loving all the cheap stuff and decent quality items. I don't mind to wait long for shipping, especially since they credit you $5 if late amongst other benefits including price adjustments for items that are reduced within 30 days of purchase. I've heard some people encountered problems including; fraudulent activity, concerned with cyber tracking their personal data by GPS, missing items, or supporting foreign businesses. Although our country already does business with other countries, I can understand the other reasons to cause red flag. This review is based on my own personal experience, which has been wonderful! They have great customer service each time I've needed help, too. Hope this review helps someone!

The app is swift and cheap. However full of products that simply live up to racist stereotyping. Shirts with "I'm not Irish but drink like one" imagine a shirt with the message. Not Chinese, but have a gambling addiction like one, or car sticker "leave plenty of room the driver behind this wheel is asian." There would be outrage. Obviously I didn't buy the Racist item. Racist stereotyping is not nice no matter who it's directed at. I deleted the app.

I placed an order on February 20,2023. I put all of correct info in my profile. Received email that order was being shipped as 2 packages. I had no problems until I looked at where the packages were being shipped to. Lo and behold they were not going to MY address, but to an address in FLORIDA! I live in INDIANA! It took 2 days, 3 different "out-sourced" representatives in order to cancel the 1 package that had already shipped. I cancelled the other "package" as it hadn't shipped yet. BE CAREFUL!

I've been shopping with Temu for almost a year now. Yes, I was skeptical at first but when I received my first Temu haul and the quality of the items I had bought I was impressed with everything. It doesn't even take long to receive your order. I'm now on my 6th Temu haul i just can't stay away if isee a item on television from a higher priced company i just look it up on Temu and they have it for over 80% cheaper. They are 100% legit😁

Tip for consumers:
They are legitimate and I've bought several hauls from them. See something, look it up on Temu.com and i can almost assure you that at least 90% out of 100% they have it for $$ less.

I've been using Temu to order various styles of hats which I hand paint for resale. Unfortunately, with each order at least 50 to 75% of my order contains crushed hats which are NOT usable, and the damaged goods must be returned for credit. More care MUST be taken while packing orders in order to prevent damaging goods. It appears that Quality Care is lacking during packing.

They were supposed to refund 2 orders over £200,3 separate packets under one label and one tracking. They are still dragging me saying they are working on it. I'm stuck between evri and temu and none of them are taking responsibility. I have provided all info on my side and they are being completely useless. Worst company ever! No customer service. DO NOT USE! SCAM!

Shipping takes so long and when you inquire all the customer service agents say the same thing. Nothing is done and items are low quality. Most of the items that I bought are either broken or are garbage. I'm just waiting for my last orders to arrive and I'm deleting the TEMU app. I'm never ordering from them again. TEMU SUCKS! Please do not support TEMU and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. If I can rate them 0 out of 5 I would have put -0, that's how bad they are!

I have spent more than I'd care to admit in over 30 orders. Some of my purchases have been a bust, but mostly decent products. Read the descriptions carefully. They do have great customer service and I completed a couple returns with zero issues. They've actually always told me to keep or donate the product with a full refund. I've heard a lot of rumors, but nothing substantiated. They can't be any worse than any other large business.

The order was initially shipped with a specific company which they changed, to the local post office, at the very LAST step of the delivery process. I didn't have the ability to add delivery instructions to the new carrier and my order was lost or never delivered (no picture as proof of delivery either). When contacted customer service the only thing they had to say is that they are sorry!
No refund, no re-shipping of the items, no accountability. I just lost my money.

I hear people talk a lot of bad thing about the move merchandise electronics on the last five days close all small if your number is nine you're gonna order 12 to fit you. Everything is wrong that disappoint.

It's China stuff... Not meant to last a 100 years! I have ordered several items, from kitchen gadgets to clothing. Have I been disappointed... Yep you bet. It looked bigger in the photo, items arrived broken. But... For the most part, it is ok for China stuff. But the best part is, you don't have to pay double and triple for it at amazon... Trust me I worked for them. They keep china a float. Example I was looking for a wider headband went to amazon first. Saw what wanted 12.99 temu 2.39 same exact. And then there is the fact if your items do not arrive by the date they say. They give you a 5.00 credit. So just remember what and where your buying. Keep expectations in check.

If you are thinking about buying something on Temu, don't do it! I was not happy with Temu and my purchase at ALL! I bought two squishmallows that looked super cute online but they did not look like the ones online at all! They also took 2 WEEKS to arrive! They came with no tag so that means that they are fake! Temu just remakes them and sell them for less money. One of the squishmallows was also not soft like a real squishmallow. Temu is fake and cheap. I am never using the app again!

Temu owes me refunds from merchandise that was sent back to them. Their customer service department is Horrible. Be aware when returning items as they will try and say they've issued you a refund when they haven't. I use to order from them at least once a week but I stop. Also a lot of the merchandise is cheaply made especially the jewelry tarnishing after 2 or 3 wears. They kept my refunds of $32.71,$17.95 $ $7.88. I've had to file disputes with my bank

Awful customer service experience. I haven't received my order, I have been waiting on a refund, or give me a clear answer about what is happening, they keep copying and past the same responses, ignoring my concerns. The worst place ever, stay away of these people. I spent a lot of money and now I am still waiting just to know where my package is, no one is answering my questions, they just keep repeating that my concern was forwarder to a supervisor and they would get back to me in 24/28 hours, it has been 3 days now I jeep getting the same stupid answers.

I placed an order and received package on time but there was 2 items missing from my order, no refund or replacement was given for this missing items, even though the there delivery guarantee states

Hesitated on ordering but listened to a coworker they make sure your card payment clears then they print out a shipping label and say it's shipped. You go to the shippers website and the package hasn't been received...So basically there lying it's been over two weeks and it's still saying shipped with no info and then you check with the shipper and still nothing received. So now it's time to call my credit card company to file a dispute...If you're thinking about a purchase from this company my advice is don't do it

I ordered many items, believing that They'll be of good quality but that is not the case. Some of the products seem like a good deal but once they arrived they were cheaply made, and not even up to the.99 Store standards.

I am returning 80% of the stuff I ordered, what a waste of time btw, and I will update this review once I see the ease of the returns. Good thing I only spent a small fortune on this purchase. Purposely I didn't order all I wanted.

Now I know never to shop on this site ever again.

Tip for consumers:
My only hope is that I receive the full refund of the items that will be returned. Disappointed because I was so excited to find another website other than Amazon.com where I could find goodies.

Products used:
I kept the Iwatch band, and the iPhone 14 case and glass protector; I also kept a sunglasses holder for the car. Surprisingly the iPhone case was better quality than the one I bought from Apple itself; the Iwatch band was also awesome. I used some dish sponge in the kitchen, therefore I had to keep it. Overall only 10% of the items were worthy of buying.

I just received the transparent microwave food cover that is pictured online with an orange plastic handle. This will be the 2nd item sent without a part (the handle is missing).
TEMU has some of the lowest prices online, but that comes at some cost; incomplete orders, the most annoying marketing, factory seconds etc.
If you want to be confident of what you're getting go elsewhere. If you're curious and don't want to risk any serious money TEMU will scratch that itch.

Tip for consumers:
Worst packaging of any of the shippers I get items from.

No policy for refund item… looks like it depends to them they want to refund the money or not… recently I return 4 item but only get money for 2 item… after waiting 1 weeks they said they didn't fouothe 2 item which was more than 150$ value…. This is either Canada post/ temu warehouse fault why should I loss my money… every penny matters… very disappointed.

Confirm the refund policy cause they write they will refund but completely depends on them you get money or not

I ordered three items in my first order thinking it would be cost-effective and consume less time and money than going to the store, Needless to say that did not happen not only did my order not arrive on time but the customer service chat center continually harassed me after I asked them to leave me alone. I had to postpone the job I was using these items on which cost me approximately $800 for the day they did however give me a $5 credit towards my next purchase. So basically they cost me $795 in loss on my very first order this company is no different than any of the other second rate companies pedaling the same items. Jeff Solar was the customer service representative who continually messaged me after I asked him to stop his messages are borderline harassment.
