1. Make sure you bought the right cartridges: https://www.123ink.ca/en/c-5955-stylus-nx100
2. If it is all correct. Try run the printer cleaning process, run 5 times.
3. After 5 times the cleaning process, carefully take out the cyan cartridge and use an Alcohol swab wipe the chip on it.
4. If still not print, try to reinstall it.
