How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at 500.trade?

Very easy, there's online virtual help 24/7 and your own manager and team by phone, who contact you mostly twice a week but more at the beginning and frequent e mail contact with information.

Emails returned unanswered if I replied to their email, but generally easy through online chat and email direct to broker. Overseas company with Australian mobile.
