How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at ador?

Answer:

VERY DIFFICULT --- they don't have email and their sytem for service tickets doesn't work.

If you can't enter an email address or a password that the site will accept how do you place an order?

Answer:

Placing an order is not the issue. Contacting their customer service to get resolution to a problem is. They don't have email. They ask that you send a service ticket, but that system does not work.
