I don't believe companies in China have an understanding of customer service. It's a difficult lesson to learn.
VERY DIFFICULT --- they don't have email and their sytem for service tickets doesn't work.
Placing an order is not the issue. Contacting their customer service to get resolution to a problem is. They don't have email. They ask that you send a service ticket, but that system does not work.
