Rick I need some answers to these Questions: I thought when you pay for the Platinum Package you get the free software updates installed and when it running on your servers? My website has had errors for 1/2 a year and I was told by rick he would fix it and update it it still has 11.2 on it? I have asked for the 20,000 profiles to be put in my account and installation guide for it also so I could update myself and install the profiles.

I dont mind waiting however I get promises and still no support like paid for please help me out here. I was going to pay for the traffic also but if the softwares not working why pay to get traffic to something not working?

You can install this software how often you want at diffrent domains and urls.
