You can't it's impossible. There's no number, and they don't reply to emails in a timely manner. Says it takes 24-48 hrs. It's been 9 days do far. Still waiting for help
It is easy to send them emails, but they don't answer your questions or keep the emails going or help you, I have them all the details of the order!
