on 5/15/21You can get someone in the Philippines that barely speaks English, but has no authority or power to help you. And when you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, they say they can't do that. If you want something changed, they have to transfer you over to another dept and you get lost in contact center hell.
Very easy if you are willing to wait until hell freezes over.
If you were trying to get a hold of someone who can actually help you it's impossible. You can easily get a hold of their customer service reps but they are totally incompetent
Impossible unless you want to be belittled and cursed at
