My cordless black out shades are no longer going up all the way. They go up about 12 inches and then stop. When I pull them down all the way, it sounds like the string on the left side is catching. I have no idea how to fix this. The blinds are less than 2 years old.

Not sure on the brick and mortar site but the man I spoke with lives in Texas, my favorite state in the USA, made me feel even better about this place.
