The transmission I just bought from you for my Mini Cooper S is defective. The casing is dented and the axle is bent as if someone tried to force it in some way. My Mini/BMW mechanic says he cannot install it b/c it is in such bad shape. I want an immediate refund with shipping paid. Tried calling but kept getting voicemail messages. Larry Pahl
