They have the worst customer service possible. Principles know nothing about good customer service. I first purchased samples then large sizes. Now comes the rub, they say that they send w/in 3 days of ordering, 3 weeks later I had to email - where is my order. Then they finally tell me it's on back order. Then after3 emails, they found the order. Instead of sending by priority, they send by slow mail. There are thousands of great companies that make great quality oils I found a new company. Find another company, will take you 5 minutes
