I contacted the company on Sunday. Someone got back to me right away. By Monday I had several places scheduled to visit. Those places were very welcoming and had bearing price ranges. We found a place and was able to contract in about three weeks time definitely would recommend a place for mom. Outstanding service.
Elison of Lake Worth. FL is getting bad, The food is mediocre at best, maintenance is poor.and Sagora Corp.,the owners, does not seem to want to invest a penny to remedy the situation. Moral is at an all time low with staff and residents. I would think twice about placing a loved one here.
Highly knowledgeable of this industry. Within 30 minutes after contacting APFM, I had 5 confirmed appointments, complete with contact names, addresses, phone numbers and a description of services available. Highly, highly recommended!
Prior same great service. This the 2nd time I have used APFM!

Wendy called me even before I've finished filling out the request for information form. We spoke for 30 minutes, explain the situation, and she found in ACL And got us an Appointment for the next morning. We arrived at the facility were greeted warmly, and signed a monthly lease within an hour.
Without Wendy, we would probably still be looking.
We chose a place for mom because they are very experienced helping with veterans and any home, which they recommend has been thoroughly vetted and inspected for compliance. Without a place for mom we would’ve probably gotten hooked up with a shady place that would not care for my friend.

We were very fortunate! My sister-in-law and I went to visit one assisted living and found it to be a good fit for her brother! You can't get any better than that. I had been trying for months to get my brother-in-law into assisted living. When he wound up in the hospital again, I looked online to get help and found a place for mom. They have been tremendous help! Thank you Tracy, and Ally from assisted living!
Found online.

The thought of searching for an assisted living facility for my dad seemed like a daunting task at the beginning. A friend recommended I reach out to A Place for Mom. Once I connected with Chris, the entire process was very easy from the start. He helped identify several communities in the area and was constantly in communication with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend using A Place for Mom for your loved one.
A friend of mine in a different part of the country recommended that I reach out to them.

While trying to maneuver my way of finding my older sister an independent living residence, Ms. Robin Vedder turned out to be Godsend. She not only coached me but also gave me a list of possible locations to visit. The first place I visited got my business. Thank You.
A neighbor told me about it.

We ended up in a situation that required us to find care on short notice. When you sign up, two things happen...care communities start calling you and an advisor reaches out to you. The advisor was calming and a good resource during a fraught time. The number of communities calling was overwhelming, but probably helpful in nudging you to a decision.
Thought maybe they could help us identify assisted living and memory care communities.

Kelly Hardy was our contact with A Place For Mom. She was incredibly helpful. I was led to Kelly through Caring advisor Brian Hicks. When something devastating happens to someone in your family you find yourself drowning and have no idea where to turn. If not for A Place For Mom's help we still would be trying to muddle through the unknown. Our adult son had an emergency amputation.
Between Caring and A Place for Mom their help guaranteed our journey finding a place for him would be successful. We are so thankful to Kelly.
The Caring organization led us to A Place for Mom. Between the two organizations we were successful in finding a facility for our son.

Megan was very caring and listened to the specific needs of my mother. She was very prompt in making the appointment for me and checking back to see how it went. This is the second time i have used a Place for Mom. They made sure I had Megan again the second time. I found this very comforting.
I chose a Place for Mom because they have the resources needed to view the various communities and all they have to offer.

A place for mom really is how I found where I now reside. I had made up my mind that they didn't work for me and then I got a call, and viewed 1 last place and I knew it was home when I viewed the property. Mom has found her place.
1 phone call and 1 last look

After answering a few questions, they were able to guide me in finding the right place for my grandfather after multiple attempts of searching on my own with no success. Made contacting the correct people a breeze instead of going through multiple people and leaving message after message.

Overnight, my father was in need of a place for memory care that was affordable and close to his family.
Amber, Kim and Kathleen made it all possible.
Within 24 hours we had a direction and referrals.
I am certain I would still be trying to find a place, if not for the three of them.
We are working through understanding next steps, etc. but they are right there with us providing support and resources.
God bless you all!
A Place for Mom was there when my Dad and our family needed them and we are so grateful.
Their staff responds quickly and we could talk to real people immediately through the process, not a machine.
They took care of everything.
They are always there ready to help everyone!

I found Paradise Assisted living to be a great place for your loved ones to spend their days. They held a room for over 2 months until I could get my loved one transferred from another state. The staff is kind and gentle with the residents. The building is an old girls school converted nicely. The rooms are spacious with bathrooms. I recommend Paradise Assisted living to anyone looking for a place that is safe and comfortable for your loved ones.
I was told that when my sister's funds are diminished, that medicaid will pick up the bill. They also allowed me to pay a deposit on the room and held it for over two months while I guardianship of my sister and moved from another state.

Tate, my Senior Advisor, listened to my needs and found a place which met my requirements on his first attempt. Following the tour conducted by "Tony ", Location, transportation and amenities were things I wanted. Friendly staffs made me feel welcomed as well.
I give Tate a five star rating for his knowledge, expertise and professionalism in these matters making it stress free for my brother and I in trying to do these things on our own. Thank you.

This organization seemed experienced, well versed on these matters and FREE service to its callers. Who were looking for a place to stay.

I joined, got called immediately for what help I required, then contacted by those fitting my need, landing in my first placement. When required again, since requirements changed, contacted again for what I needed and then again provided options, in which I believe I'm all set.
I was encouraged by the advertisements.

Kathy suggested and set up appointments for us at places that were not even on our radar. We visited all that she set up, and some that we had previously set up on our own. All were top notch. We ended up setting my mother-in-law up in one of the places suggested by Kathy. Thanks so much!
It was quite accidental that we connected with A Place for Mom. I was looking for contact information on one of the places that an acquaintance mentioned, and the phone number listed was A Place for Mom. I am so glad that we had that connection, since it was A Place for Mom (Kathy) that suggested the place we chose and set up appointments for us at several places that we didn't even know about.

I called A Place For Mom because I needed to place a loved one in memory care quickly.
My advisor Latonya was just terrific. She quickly gathered the names of facilities for us to tour. After a visit, I spoke with Latonya to provide my thoughts so she could keep me on the right path.
The good news is today I found just the right place, cost, and most importantly environment. I don't think I could have done it without her!
I have used in the past with success

I was completely at a loss trying to figure out how to place my 101 year old in the best possible environment. A Place for Mom, referred me to amazing care homes. They also advised and encouraged me when I needed it. I am confident my Grandmother is happy and well taken care of and I am immeasurably grateful!
I chose A Place fir Mom because I saw their advertisement and took a chance that they may be able to help out our family.

I had never investigated assisted living communities before and A Place for Mom was very helpful in guiding me and helping me to narrow down what was best for my mom. This is an amazing free service with good follow up. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to find a safe, homey place for a loved one.
When my father passed at home, I took over the administration of finances for my mom. He was receiving emails from A Place for Mom prior to passing so when the time came for her to move into a residence, I had a good idea of where to go.

I desperately needed help in locating a retirement community which would make my later life safe and comfortable. Ironically, this was a place for me, an old retired soldier and father, and not "Mom." The wide range of extremely qualified places to which A Place for Mom referred me were all so wonderful, it became difficult to reach the final decision of which would be best for me. They were always there to help me and gave me great tips and recommendations for those considerations that are most important. Their giant store of experience makes them true experts in this particular task. I doubt any other source of assistance would have served me better than the support I received from A Place for Mom. I am truly grateful for the superb help they gave me and the new home I will occupy tomorrow. I'm all moved in and only need to make the drive to my new home tomorrow and begin a new experience to which I've so been looking forward.
I chose A Place for Mom due to the commercials that guided me there and the great reviews I can’t to learn they deserve. They lived up to the fine reputation they’ve striven to earn. I can say wholeheartedly A Place for Mom is a place you can trust that will work hard toward your best interests.

Angie with A Place For Mom showed so much empathy in helping me search for new living arrangements for my husband & me. She asked questions & listened to what I said. She made recommendations but didn't push. She knows her job & is very personable, as well as, professional. She's a keeper.
I needed help finding suitable housing to accommodate my husband's disability. That also was suitable for a couple.

With living out of state from my 90 yr old dad I needed all the help I could get trying to find a place for him to move in to. Kelli really listened to what I wanted and gave me a few places to tour. She was always available for questions. My dad ended up liking the first place he went so that's all we needed.
Saw commercial on tv. Thought I would give it a try.

I started mynsearch looking to the future for my husband. I knew he eventually would need to go into memory care. My Place for mom representative was GREAT. They did not push and answered my questions and gave me space if I needed it. This is such a tough decision and I did find the right place for my husband.
The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you know what the places cover and if they have animals residing on site. Some people are allergic to animals.
I needed help and did not know where to go. I saw several commercials and decided to contact you.

It is a very difficult and emotional endeavor when the time has come that a close reletive, in this case my Mother In Law needs more support emotionally and socially than what you can give them at home.
On 12/6/24, I called "A Place for Mom" as I had heard of them over the years stricly through advertisements.
They were attentitive to my description of what was needed. They put me intouch with several facilities that catered to those needs. We had found the perfect place and made the necessary arrangements by 12/9/24.
I appreciated the fact that our advisor Christy kept in touch and followed up with us regularly to ensure we were able to meet our goals.
If your really serious about needing a place for your loved one then "A Place For Mom" can help you. They dont waste any time and they're vigilant about getting things seen and done.
Have heard of this business for many years through advertisements. Didn't know anyone who had used they're services though.

I completed an online request for help in finding a nearby assisted living facility for my 90 year old mother. Within minutes, I received a phone call from Natalie, asking how she could help. I answered her questions, and within the same day, she made a couple of appointments for me to tour possible options. Natalie also forwarded my contact information to more places that called me within the next 2 days. We scheduled 3 visits that met our criteria and declined on a few that were not located in the desired area. Everyone who contacted me were so nice and helpful. Throughout the week, Natalie followed up to make sure we were being contacted, and asked for feedback. We made the decision within 2 days and moved our mom into her new home within 5 days. Mom is happy with our choice so far, and we are so grateful for the help we received. Thank you!
Have used before for another family member.
