How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Ashore Shop?

Impossible unless you file a claim with PayPal. I tried to contact them by phone, e-mail and online chat and received no response.

Right away I got answer from their customer service. It is better than many other web platform. Customer service is very professional, know the fit and what I want
