I looked up Deb for you and came up with a Medium Deb - is that who you're looking for? They have different packages for your first time. The one I got when I signed up was 20 minutes for $20 for a Top Rated psychic, which Deb is. They might be different now. So, the first 20 minutes would be the $20 and after that is the per minute rate - they do tell you that your time is up but there is no advance warning so make sure you end the call right away if you don't want to talk longer. It looks like Deb's per minute rate is 8.99, so after the introductory minutes are up that would be the rate. I have never used Deb so I can't comment on her skills.
