on 8/20/16I would say to anyone who is thinking of shopping with Asos, try to find what you are looking for elsewhere.
They are an irresponsible retailer and dont deserve your custom.
When you pay for any goods it is natural to think you are entitled to receive them, Asos however take your money, and then, well if you get them you do and if you dont well thats just too bad because they got your money and for them thats all that counts.
They are pretentious bad people!.
Yes it is the worst i have been a customer over 8 years but the last 3 years i don, t know if they change the mannagers but u never get your goods they take your money and they keep sending u the same messages that they will look in to it and ask your details that they have all ready date of birth so that they can delay the problem and u will never get your money they are a very bad site shame on you Asos no one should be buying from them thiefs thay are am still watting for my refund after 2/5 months.
It's not just about not getting the item. Sometimes they send you the wrong item or its damaged stained torn or obviously used before. Then they insist you send them back the useless item at your own cost after which they don't refund you for both the shipping cost AND the original item and you never hear from them again
Unfortunately, it is true. I would never make another purchase with ASOS again, which sucks because they have nice merchandise. However, there's a significant chance you will never receive the merchandise you order/and pay for. I placed an order with them for a hat and I paid extra for expedited shipping. I was supposed to receive the hat in 2 days. 4 weeks later and 3 attempts at contacting them, I still didn't have the hat or a response from ASOS. It was a nightmare. They do not have a customer service department that you can call and speak to a live person. The only means of communication they offer is through messages via their facebook page. It's ridiculous and not worth the headache!
ASOS is my number one site. I have made at least 100 purchases from it, mostly dresses, they never sent me any wrong number, dirty or torn item as I read above, this surprised me! Their quality is amazing. And once that I sent an item back due to it didnt look good on me, I got my refund with no problem.
I have purchased dresses from Asos for the past few years and have never had any issues with quality. Shipping is always fast, and when I do need to return an item, I get my money back. There was one instance where it took about 3 weeks for my account to be credited, however that's the worst that I have experienced. I am really surprised by the amount of negative reviews. Until I have a bad experience, I will continue to shop on ASOS.com.
