Order No. 8907 I have sent numerous emails to resolve the issue with the dress being made too small, I have provided a statement from a fully qualified taylor in Sydney and I have not had a reply. I am totally disappointed in the lack of customer service and if they think by ignoring my emails I will not pursue this matter they are totally wrong. If I do not recieve a response to my emails I will take this matter further and share my poor experience. I have never heard of a merchant ignoring a customer.

I know it is very aggravating to deal with this company. I did receive responses to my emails, but was never satisfied with the outcome. I kept being told that the dress was made after I sent in my measurements, but I know it was not. It had a tag with a size on it, was stained, extremely wrinkled, and not made to my measurements at all.
