Good luck! They will dilbertly ignore your emails to cancel... until money is processed. Then send you wrong item, and only refund you 30% back.

I'd you paid via paypal, and your bank has not yet processed the payment, call your bank and do a stop payment on the item. If your backup funding source is charged (usually credit card) you can make a fraud claim with your cc company.

They will send you a generic email saying customer service is reviewing your request. Then you wait... and wait... and wait... then, after filing a dispute with Paypal, they will emaill you saying... sorry, too late, you had to cancel within 12 hours of placing the order.
