My phone looked brand new - operates like it is brand new and came with the cord and charger needed to keep it running.

Since they make you put in an order number and a certificate of proof of purchase I'd say all the reviews are going to be pretty spot on to true for that user. My experience was good. I'll reuse the site. You cant make everyone happy always. But they are legit.

I ordered earlier this month. I'm very satisfied. I'm not an "influencer" as Polly as stated in her review. I have had questions before & after my purchase & the communication has been very good. I was very skeptical as I was not familiar but as I looked further, I'm glad I bought my reconditioned phone there. You don't get it delivered in a plastic "baggie". It comes very professionally boxed. Now, like Amazon, I think there may be different sellers of the recon phones. Mine came with the phone & the charger. Don't expect all of the bells & whistles of a new phone. I replaced an iPhone so the "bells & whistles" that came with it when it was new works with this phone.
