I haven't been able to get online for over a week now, and I have 9 messages from people I've previously spoken to. I can't even pay to get back on; it says my card(s) are not valid! What's the deal? I want to get in contact with these people since it's rude to not respond, but the site is not allowing me online...

Try and contact the site admin, but good luck, they have ZERO customer service.
