How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Bed Bath & Beyond?

It's not hard to get them on the line, but they are all foreign so they didn't understand exactly what I was talking about

I found them very easy to get a hold of using the "chat" feature. However, they don't know anything. They don't understand anything. They are reading from a script not responding to anything you actually say. They will tell you things that are misleading or outright wrong. They will never take responsibility for anything the store did that was a glitch or wrong. It's very frustrating to the point where I would not shop there ever again.

I called their 1-800 customer service line and the automated message said my phone call would be answered in 20 minutes or less. Nope. Over 20 minutes and no response.

It is literally impossible and then once you do it is impossible to resolve a problem
