It's NOT! Online chat is canned - never and option to talk to a real person.
I found them very easy to get a hold of using the "chat" feature. However, they don't know anything. They don't understand anything. They are reading from a script not responding to anything you actually say. They will tell you things that are misleading or outright wrong. They will never take responsibility for anything the store did that was a glitch or wrong. It's very frustrating to the point where I would not shop there ever again.

I called their 1-800 customer service line and the automated message said my phone call would be answered in 20 minutes or less. Nope. Over 20 minutes and no response.
Way too long! I had to stop my call since a total waste of my little Free time
It is literally impossible and then once you do it is impossible to resolve a problem
