How many customers actually get their CASH BACK and if you don't get a valid reason EXCEPT for a generic email STATING it could be a list of reasons?

I had $38.24 coming back to me that I had to wait forever to get. And never got it. It finally became payable, I went to claim it, and befrugal blocked me from doing so. All the cash back disappeared. After that clicking on payments generated a 404 page. This is ridiculous. Whether it's a problem with their system or some other issue I don't know. But it really feels like they scammed me out of cash back. They won't let me log into my account now. I tried to reset my password and they won't let me do that either. A word from the wiser - Use Rakuten - they are 10 times more trustworthy than this thing. They also pay you regularly. BeFrugal is a Total scam!

I read another review on Trustpilot where it says they will deactivate your account if they don't want to pay you. That's exactly what it looks like they did to me. Unbelievable.

It is hit and miss on this. Have been stiffed on purchases

Seems like lots of small offers worked fine for years but when it came to a nice little chunk at once, (still just under$40) THEN I was denied and given the list of genetic reasons suddenly. Not cool.

I got stiffed 4 times with them for verizon wireless for over $200 in cashback. Appeals were still denied.

I've always received my payment. I don't wait for amounts to get particularly high and have the payment go towards an Amazon gift card.

I have gotten my cash back both times I have applied for it. It is not the easiest process however. Once I had the money direct deposited to my bank account and the other time, I requested payment by gift card (I think I like this one better because I can donate my card to a family in need).
