Why can't anyone at their call center ask a simple question? Oh and a manager is never available.

Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.

We had a great experience on the call center, it was a little difficult to hear but with patience and good humor we succeeded on what we needed.
