on 1/24/19I have to agree with you, Alicia. I have dealt with numerous customer service centers, and they are truly the worst. I was told that the charge on my account couldn't be from BHLDN.com since they have no record of an order. I sent them a screenshot as proof. No response. I spoke to three representatives, and they all had a massive attitude problem.
I agree with Alicia,
Rude customer service.
Made me feel like I'm second hand thrift store purchased.
Their product and discrimination was way off.
Bad Business!
And now I have to wait three weeks for a refund.

Very rude, you can tell they dont care about their customers or do whats right by them. After being on hold for 45 minutes-I advised my package was not delivered and then the agent says "well it says it was". Right-but Im telling you it wasnt as it isnt here. They made me feel like a criminal for not receiving my WEDDING DRESS. They dont require signatures so guess what? You are out of luck if it isnt delivered to the right location or someone swipes it from your front door.
