I wish I had read up more on these crooks before I signed up. I actually got them to agree to a refund after much patience and persistence.(over an hour on the phone with Chris) Then the charge showed up anyway, and when I called back they claimed they do not have an employee named Chris and they have no notes on my account about a refund. I will try the dispute charges route.

This penny website recruits new members using a unlawful Bait and Switch method using "coupon codes". A fake new service "ActionNews25" provides a coupon code for 300 free bids and the BidHustle.com website. When one signs up they receive a $150.00 charge for the "free" bids. I have made several requests for them to reverse the improper charge and they do not reply. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

It seems all of these penny auction sites use the same tactics! Swipebids also does the $150 and coupon codes. I wonder if they all are owned by same guy...
