Why does it cost so much for a simple small figure you wont even land a finger on. even the FIGURES. and they are figures... i dont understand.

The responsibility does lie with the big bad toy store if they select the worst shipping company in the country

Depends on where you live and you can't blame the seller. If ya want to be mad about shipping costs, be mad at UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc... they are the ones that set the rates. And in no way is that a reason to give BBTS a bad review.
