on 1/24/23The one in Duluth, Minn is a scam. They sent me a random arrangement off the shelf instead of the specific blue and white "Calming Comfort" advertised and ordered. Their "substitution" policy lets them get away with that and you will get nowhere with their bot email complaint deflection service and their third world call center complaint deflection service. Eventually I gave up but later checked my SPAM folder...they had sent me an $11.59 store coupon that expired in three days! $11.59? REALLY?! This was on an order that cost me nearly $110.00 for some RANDOM flowers.
TOTAL SCAM
When dealing with a family funeral you don't necessary think to read reviews. My Fault. They contacted me 2 hours before the service and said they had to change both of my orders. They didn't have any easels for the spray. They wanted me to agree to just flowers in a vase, an because of the time frame, I didn't have a choice. On the plant order they wanted me to pay an extra $65 and they would have another florist handle it. NO WAY. After calling them the plant did not get delivered for the service but will be delivered the following day to the family. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
Scam. I ordered flowers for my mother in a nursing home. They were never delivered. I tried to resolve the issue thru the "customer service" portal and never got a response. I called the customer service phone number and waited on hold for 1hour and 20 minutes. When it was finally answered, I was told to leave a message in a voice mail box. I have called the bank to cancel the transaction.
Scam at best...horrible customer service
Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Scam.i spent 92 dollars on a sympathy arrangement, it was never delivered. Took 2 hours on the phone to get offered a refund. They won't allow you to talk to a supervisor. It was not until I said I would stay on the phone all night long before they agreed to give me a refund. Now, I wait for a refund.
They are legit--at least they do have flowers, but they are irresponsible and shady. They deliver arrangements that are nothing like the photos and leave them in the heat to die. Then, when you complain they refuse full refunds, offering 10%, in a happy voice, as though you will be thrilled with that option!
They are scammers. I ordered flowers on Saturday for Sunday delivery (Mothers Day), 8 PM and still no delivery. Tried to get a refund, no luck. Contacted my bank and asked them about these scammers. They are opening an investigation. My bank is crediting me the amount and going after the scammers. My back is USAA...YES!
