Don't. There are literally dozens of stores that are better to order from and who won't steal your shipping money AND charge you to ship your items back if there's a problem.

I just got my order in. I'm from Houston. I ordered on March 26... I'm pleased with my items... I'd say it's almost like buying from forever 21 as far as quality. I bought 5 items and I'm happy with them all except for this skirt. Only cus of my shape. I'm 5'7 199 lbs. Just have a fluffy stomach. I think if I was slimmed down it would be cute on me. The site said my size was a 14. My normal size is a 12. I purchased all 12's and glad I did. Nothing was too snug or too big. Theb14 would have been too big. Hope this helps.
