I sent in a book quoted for almost $22 which was in like new conditions, and they created a bogus reason (missing the copyright page, even though there weren't any torn out pages in the entire book) and adjusted the price to $0. If I wanted my book back, I would have to pay almost $10 in shipping to get it back. Don't trust them!
This is the picture they submitted to say the page was missing... as you can see, no sign of torn pages.
They will give you a label that you print off a regular printer and then you supply the box. Make sure to read their instructions where you need to make sure to surround the book to make sure it can't move around in the box or get damaged. Then you drop it off at USPS or Fedex depending what the label is from. It took mine about two weeks to deliver via USPS but they processed it within 3 days and I was paid the next morning through PayPal.
