Hey Blake, sorry to hear that - this is our busiest time of year because Medicare makes 60 million Medicare beneficiaries squish all their drug plan changes into a 7-week period each fall. As we get closer and closer to the December 7th deadline, we have a higher call volume every day and yesterday we fielded hundreds of calls.
