I'm a 100% disabled veteran and receive healthcare at the VA. I want to know why I'm asked to show my Medicare card at the VA appts? Thank you!

The VA and Medicare coverage is separate, so you shouldn't have to show your Medicare card. Next time they ask, you should pose that question to them and find out why they are asking for information when VA hospitals generally don't need to bill Medicare for anything.
