Friends, I ordered a diamond (almost a carat) and paid by three credit cards. Why have I not heard back from Erin, the representative from whom I purchased the stone. She was cordial and helpful with my selection, but after purchasing, I cannot get her to return my emails or my phone calls. What is going on? I want the diamond I purchased, and I am getting worried regarding whether or not Erin is a real person and if Brilliance is a reliable company. Please help.

Noel, I purchased a 2 carat GIA $17500 gem. It will take them a few days to process your order. Additionally they do not stock diamond. They purchase them from cutter / broker. Be patient. They are a trustworthy, five star, Internet business. Hope this calms your nerves.
