Hello! I booked a flight for today, and my money got deducted twice. Also, I still haven't received any email with the ticket. Please help urgently

Good luck, Budgetair do not answer emails, nor do they answer the telephone, they only sell tickets, it is a revenue stream for them they have no customer service, you will reach an automated message saying they are busy or use some other excuse as to why there is a long waiting time, right now they are using COVID, I have been trying to call them since early February!
