i want to order a sink but im afraid of it being damaged during shipping and I wont get my money back. How are prices so much less than other sites? Are the materials less quality for the same manufacturer?

Don't order from them. The quality is horrible and they sent me a damaged piece and I'm responsible for bringing it to the dump.

We have had excellent experiences with Build.com and never had a problem with items arriving damaged.

The products are the same as what's sold from the actual manufacturer, Only one sink out of at least a 100 that I have placed with Build.com came to me in pieces.
Once I heard the pieces moving around and opened it up, I called my rep and he ordered me a new one and rushed it out to me at no charge. That's Service!
