Wow - I would like to order a toilet from them but the bad reviews are amazing! Anyone have anything positive about their shipping/service?

I have ordered several times from them. I have never had a problem! I have even returned an item before, no problem. Glad i didnt see these reviews before I ordered because they do not reflect the experiences I have had! I am a happy customer

Waste of time if you need it right away... they keep putting me off when I order a toilet in stock

The tub we ordered was damaged. Our contractor took care of the return for us, but we received the new one sooner than promised. It took less than a week and we had no hassles or extra charges

We have ordered thousands of dollars worth of product without an issue until recently we ordered a toilet. It arrived broken in transit and it was reordered, they stated they would ship by FedEx as delivery by UPS has resulted in more damaged products in the past. The second toilet arrived broken, it too was shipped UPS and were just informed that as we elected for build.com to replace the first toilet we gave up the refund option. They state they will keep replace damaged ones until a non-damaged one arrives. How does that make sense, we have to keep the broken toilets for a minimum of 30 days in case UPS want to inspect the damage... so now 2 broken toilets and shipping packages grace my garage and the car is parked outside ---- Not what I expect from Build.com

Nope. They are the worst! Had to wait 5 business days, and 4 phone calls to get a return address label emailed. Emailed. Seriously. You hold for 20 minutes every time you call.
