The customer service/sales dept will NOT be helpful. They do NOT want you to return anything and pretty much let you know that refunds are not something to count on, eventho they receive the returned product in good shape. You pay the shipping to return item and it rather pricey as CarCoverUSA directs what carrier you must use. Just don't do business with this company -- unless you never have a problem with it's product nor any other reason to require money back. CarCoverUSA is very stubbornly opposed to being helpful and/or providing a refund!
