can I get a Fax number to send documents that will support my claim that my credit history has been damage by identity theft?
I have contacted them several times but they refused to change the language that they reported to the credit bureaus. Synchrony Bank/ JC Penny had given credit to a person who used my social security number. This woman stops paying her debts. They say that the creditor closed the account, but I called and cancel the account when I receive an upgraded unsolicited card, but it seems that the account was not closed. and later they sent me a letter saying that they closed it given to my awful credit history.
